How contribution works
More available VRAM can unlock more workloads.
More VRAM enables a node to accept more and larger eligible AI workloads, increasing measured contribution and potential reward share. Lower-capacity or CPU-only hardware may still participate with fewer or lighter tasks.

Install and configure the node when testnet access opens. Launch timing is currently TBD.
3. Activate for mainnet
Complete eligibility and KYC steps when mainnet rewards activation opens.
Uptime, completed workloads, compute capacity, performance, work quality, available VRAM, and network demand all affect contribution. No hardware profile guarantees rewards.

Rewards follow verified contribution—not ownership alone.
10% network allocation
Ten percent of GSMC supply is allocated to node operators and the Network Rewards Pool.

After mainnet and TGE, eligible active nodes receive streamed rewards primarily in GSMC.

Transferability
Licenses become transferable after nine months or mainnet launch, whichever occurs later, subject to network rules.
Refunds & buybacks
There is no automatic refund. Any buyback program is discretionary, with no guaranteed rate, currency, or timing.
Eligibility
Initial purchase can be permissionless. Restricted jurisdictions apply. KYC is required for rewards activation and large transfers.

What GPU capacity is recommended?
Four gigabytes of available VRAM is the practical entry baseline for eligible AI workloads. Eight gigabytes or more is recommended. More VRAM supports more and larger workloads but does not determine a fixed reward amount.
When do GSMC rewards activate?
Verified mainnet contribution and GSMC reward activation follow mainnet and TGE under the final network rules.
